Garmin Watch D2 Delta

Garmin presents the latest generation of pilot watches, the D2 Delta series. This new series comes with wireless connectivity for certain Garmin aircraft (GTN650 / 750, G1000 NXi, Flight Stream 510, allowing wireless storage of flight plan into watches). After connecting all D2 Delta models can receive additional information from compatible avionics, including GPS position, height, speed, outdoor temperatures, etc. It also offers up to 500 music recordings which can be uploaded directly from any PC. Then in the cockpit the watch can be connected with a compatible Bluetooth Garmin audio panel, such as GMTM 245, GMA45 or GMA 350c. In addition, D2Delta can be paired with Bluetooth headphones (sold separately).

All D2 Delta Series models also include Garmin Pay, a contactless payment option, allowing customers to leave their cash and credit cards at home. Using a Garmin Pay wallet, customers have the same benefits as physical payment cards, with the advantage that they always have on their wrists.

D2 Delta also has several other advantageous features available when flying:

- Adjustable height / pressure warning, which is manifested by a series of vibrations when reaching the preset height.
- A tank timer that reports vibrations at adjustable intervals to remind the pilot to switch tanks during flight.
- Error message about departure from the route that triggers the selected message as soon as the pilot deviates from the active flight plan.

D2 Delta also offers preset features for various types of sport - running, golf, cycling, skiing etc. They are oversized up to 100m depth, so designed for all kinds of water sports. After pairing on compatible smartphone, the user can send and receive text messages and watch all social media. Because D2 Delta has such a wide range of applications, their quick-fastening system allows for quick replacement of stylish leather and metal strap for sports silicone in seconds and without any tools.
